Oceanside Plaza is a coastal high-rise located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Following Hurricane Irma, the building experienced extreme cyclic loading that caused significant structural damage. Selby was engaged to perform a comprehensive forensic engineering inspection to assess damage, determine structural integrity, and design repair solutions to fortify the building against future storms.
