- Project Size: 4 Multi-Story Buildings | ± 180,000 SF
Following the devastating impact of Hurricane Irma in 2017, the Coconut Mallory Resort & Marina faced a crisis of hidden structural defects and extensive storm-related damage. G.M. Selby was retained by the Condominium Association to perform a comprehensive forensic evaluation. Our mission was two-fold: first, to provide the technical evidence required to secure a fair legal settlement, and second, to design the engineering solutions that would restore the property’s safety and coastal durability.
