Waterfront on the Bay Forensic Inspection

Waterfront high rise located on Biscayne Boulevard overlooking Biscayne Bay. Following extensive damage due to Hurricane Irma, G.M. Selby was contracted  to evaluate the building’s envelope, affected units, pool, roof, parking garage, and common areas. Upon analysis of the existing structure, evidence of uplift and cyclic forces was present and supported by Non-Destructive Testing, such as infrared thermography. Data collected was used to determine structural integrity and capacity to handle any existing or future loading.
