G.M. Selby performed the beach surveys extending over 400’ from the mean high waterline, determined the extent of seagrass and hard bottom communities along the profile lines, calculated the volume of sand losses due to hurricanes and assisted in obtaining recovery funds from FEMA in order to re-nourish the beach.
Due to the hurricane activity in the area, these services have been provided multiple times as necessary prior to re-nourishment.
