River Manor is a condominium association made up of multiple 3 stories buildings located in Wilton Manors, Florida. G. M. Selby performed multiple engineering projects on the property, including a detailed structural forensic investigation to study damages due to hurricane forces, a 40 year structural and electrical recertification of the property, and the design of a drainage solution for the property.
A part of their property was being easily flooded, including ground floor apartments. The existing drainage was not sufficient to handle the rain accumulation. G. M. Selby performed an elevation survey along the affected area, designed and calculated an engineering solution, prepared the construction drawings to correct the problem and supervised the construction phase.
